Questions inspired by or adapted from public exam papers remain the intellectual property of IshaAI in their current presentation, formatting, and explanation form.
4. Subscription Terms
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly (₹99) or annually (₹999)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
- Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
5. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are available. To request a refund, email support@ishaai.in within the 7-day window.
6. Disclaimer of Exam Results Guarantee
IshaAI provides study materials and practice tools. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any examination, securing a government job, or achieving any specific score. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IshaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
